Our founder, Mr AJ Aliyar Razzy, an MBA graduate, who is also the Managing Director of our company is a Human Resource professional by training and has been in the recruitment business for over 17 years. Mr Razzy’s expertise in the recruitment business gained from his dealing with key officers of companies who are in charge of human resource management has made him well acquainted with manpower issues facing organizations that are small outfits with a few staff right up to large MNCs with several thousand employees. He has sound knowledge of the employment framework of foreigners in Singapore.

Cobb Douglas Consulting Pte Ltd was incepted in 1996 and licensed by the Ministry of Manpower to recruit and place workers both from within and outside Singapore.
