Work Assistant is a mobile touchpoint of the Spacewell smart building platform. It provides clear guidance to field service teams and allows them to deliver services in a dynamic way, based on real-time building occupancy and activity data from sensors and user devices. The combination of floor plans, live occupancy data, sensor triggers, and real-time data analytics enables service providers to focus resources where it matters most and deliver better outcomes.

Built with simplicity in mind, Work Assistant enables cleaning or maintenance teams to:
• See very simple pictogram-based work orders highlighted on floor plans, clearly indicating which tasks must be performed and where, automatically sorted based on priority
• Complete and skip tasks, providing a skip reason
• Easily track time spent on a task or in a room
• Report ad-hoc issues that are sent to the FM team
