Coffee House aimed at a glamorous and discerning crowd who enjoy the finer things in life, it is the most elegant spot located in the heart of the Dubai (branches in Al Barsha & Jumeirah) with the perfect choice for customers to relax indulge and unwind in a dynamic atmosphere and soak up the pleasure on the latest chic scene.
Coffee House is the home of the famous Coffee, award winning Shisha with different flavors, Juices, cocktails, Burger and other regular food items. Moreover, Coffee House cafe takes reservations, walk-ins welcome, good for groups, good for kids, take out, waiter service and outdoor seating.
Coffee House decided to make a mobile application for its regular customer to reward them with Loyalty program and spread regular offer/discount etc.
Below are the standard operating steps that we elaborate how this platform functions.
1) Home Screen:
There are thirteen TABs on Home Screen sections
a) Welcome Gift – In this TAB user will get welcome greeting along with a discount offer as a gesture of gratitude to download the App. In order to redeem the offer, user can get click into the discount section, the discount section will ask for “log-in” details, by providing the particulars discount can be availed.
b) My Loyalty Points - This TAB will be used whenever customer need to stamp loyalty points right after the purchase of a product or service. Once you will get into this feature, various products or services will pop-up such as Coffee points or Shisha points as per the branches. Select the relevant option and get the stamping done. And stamping will be done through 4 digits’ secret code which will be belong to merchant.
c) My offers – This TAB allows Coffee House to represent all current and ongoing discount offers branch wise such as Café special 10% discount available between 4:00 pm till 6:00 pm. The user can redeem offers by logging-in to the offer section and avail within mentioned time.
d) Catalog – In this section, Coffee House can showcase all offerings (products & services) alongside prices. This will help users to choose item straight away without any hassle.
e) Facebook- This section allows users to connect to Facebook platforms of Coffee House so that they can have quick updates about the café and its ongoing events & happenings.
f) Gallery – This section includes recent images of the Coffee House, its other branches, staffs, events, customers’ happy moments etc.
g) Info – This segment consists of general but important information about the Coffee House, which customers may like to know along with contact medium such call or email etc.
h) Notification – Currently it is empty as it will only be activated after app is live. The user will get push notification on their screen once business decide to send push notification. Notification would be related to any kinds of offers and deals currently running in the café. The user will get in app messages sent by Coffee house with offer/promo or any special event information.
i) Reservation – In this TAB, you can easily reserve your seat in advance and get confirmation.
j) Feedback – This section gives users the opportunity to speak their heart out about the service the received from Coffee House. They can grade the services “Good” or “Somehow Oaky” or “Bad”. Also, you can give suggestion, if you have any.
k) Tips Calculator – This will help helps user to calculate tip amount if they want to do so by their bill and the number of waiters.
l) My Account – This segment require users’ details which will be used later on log-in purposes which retrieving any services or offers.
