Initial production release
A simple tool for choosing 4 or 5 colors to make up the color scheme for your Android app, web app or other software design
3 ways to select your RGB color
- Sliders
- Color picker
- Material design color palettes from Google
(https://www.google.com/design/spec/style/color.html#color-color-palette)
Move the 3 smaller sheets into the large sheet to change colors for all 4
Show sample text to see its contrast with the chosen background color
Change the color of the text to see a 5th color or set the text to bold, italic or underlined
Share a color scheme or save it for later
With Color Scheme Design, you can easily choose RGB colors along with Alpha for mobile app or HTML color schemes
While I hope many designers find this app useful, it's primary purpose is to showcase my abilities as a developer. I did the design as well so please excuse the "design by programmer" look and feel. It's optimized for a 5" phone but should be acceptable on smaller phones & tablets as well. If this app becomes popular, I will make improvements to the design. See more about development below.
Features used in development:

Fragment (with an interface for inter-fragment communications)
