About Compass Error Android App
Application helps lazy officer to fill up Compass Observation Book. STCW Convention required that standard compass error is to determined at least once a watch and, when possible, after any major alteration of course. Especially when no time but determination should be done you can enter fake data in required fields and get compass error to fill up COB. Enjoy
