Add option to set color of the contact names

Thank you very your feedback. We made these changes based on your wonderful suggestions:
* Add option to use pin as map marker for all contacts
* Change auto-saved max # of contacts to 100, instead of 50
* Add auto-save of the selected group
* Fix screen time-out while geocoding
Add options to specify the font size for map marker.
On map screen, press menu, "More", "Setting" to specify
About Contact Map Android App
