Initial public release
The scale and speed of the COVID-19 pandemic represents an unprecedented scenario in the era of modern medicine. Our knowledge, the available data, and current practice patterns are changing frequently. This is an expert-curated up-to-date searchable resource with detailed operational-level information about COVID care. Our team has over 200 healthcare workers and scientists from multiple disciplines, institutions, and countries. Each section is reviewed by senior clinicians, and a multidisciplinary committee vets new information from clinical experience, user feedback, and newly published literature.
Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH) launched Covidprotocols.org and partnered with UCSF’s Institute for Global Health Sciences and Partners in Health (PIH) in December, 2020 to combine the best content from UCSF’s USAID-STAR sponsored OpenCriticalCare.org and the PIH COVID19 Guides to create COVIDprotocols.org v2.0. The BWH-specific protocols still exist and are available at BWH.covidprotocols.org and as an iOS application. Please send questions or feedback to: [email protected]
