Upon commencement of Phase 2 of the New Inspection Regime of the Companies Register under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) on 24 October 2022, the CR eFiling App is updated to provide e-submission services for Forms NNC2, NNC3, NR1 and NSC1 only.

About This App
“CR eFiling” is a free mobile application developed by the Companies Registry to facilitate registered users of our e‑Registry to submit selected specified forms to the Registrar of Companies for registration using smartphones and mobile devices anytime and anywhere. A tool named “e‑Form Filler” is included in this app for opening, editing, saving, signing and submitting an e‑form.
