Use the room booking function to book a room: only the available rooms are shown and you can cross-check with the availability of all attendants.
Consult quickly which bubble or phonebooth is available in order to make that unplanned conference call.
Quickly check the availability of a meeting room, because an unexpected guest just arrived.
When passing by a conference room, you think of booking it for this afternoon. You scan the QR code besides the door in order to check its booking schedule.
