About Crime-lite Selector Android App

The Foster + Freeman Crime-lite® App is designed to assist in the detection and examination of forensic evidence using the Crime-lite® range of high intensity light sources.

Use the Crime-lite® App to select the correct wavelength (colour) of light and associated viewing filter to best examine a particular evidence type.

Select an evidence type from the drop-down list and the App will display the appropriate wavelengths of light. Select a wavelength and the App will display the associated viewing filter to be used.

About the Crime-lite® range
Using advanced LED technology, Foster + Freeman has created a range of handheld, battery powered, high intensity forensic light sources for use at the crime scene or forensic laboratory.

The current Crime-lite® range consists of 6 light sources designed to meet the varied demands of forensic investigation:

Crime-lite® 2 Single LED light source available in 8 different wavelengths including UV.

Crime-lite® 82S With 16 high intensity LEDs the 82S has been optimised for the crime scene

Crime-lite® 82L A linear white light source ideal for locating shoeprints or surface debris

Crime-lite® XL With 96 LEDs, the most powerful handheld light source on the market

Crime-lite® 8x4 A photographic ring light with over 100 colour combinations

Crime-lite® ML2 A long reach bench top magnifier with multi-wavelength illumination
