The code of Criminal Procedure also called as CrPC is most used and applied Act in court of Common Law based Country as like Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka etc. This law mainly deal with Criminal procedure of Criminal nature cases. it also applied for Criminal matter as like as Appeal,Review, Revision . The Code of Criminal Procedure also five schedule, Schedule II is most important for every practicing Lawyer and Practitioner of Justice Professionals.

This law was introduced by British Period in India, so it was widely known as indian CrPC but after separation of India it have amended many times by the Government of different countries as Indi, Bangladesh, Pakista, Sri lanka etc.

This law is most important law as like Specific Relief Act or SR Act, Code of Civil Procedure or CPC, Limitation Act, Penal Code or IPC, Evidence Act etc.

This Law is included as part of Syllabus of Bangladesh Bar Council Advocateship enrollment Examination.
