CROP (Cepat Respon Opini Publik) Jakarta Smart City untuk "Internal" adalah aplikasi milik Pemprov DKI yang di desain untuk membantu penyelasaian pelaporan masyarakat yang telah dilaporkan oleh warga.

Aplikasi ini di desain khusus bagi
1) Lurah / Camat agar dapat memonitor masing-masing daerah terhadap pelaporan masyarakat yang disajikan dari QLUE dan Waze
2) Petugas Dinas agar dapat menerima pekerjaan dari CROP Dashboard untuk ditanggulangi
3) Fitur Walikota untuk memonitoring kotanya (login as Walikota)
Untuk mendaftarkan walikota baru pada CROP Dashboard:
> saat membuat User CROP Mobile baru, pilih level 2 (Walikota/Kepala Dinas)
> pilih type "kotamadya"
> kemudian pilih kotamadya yang sesuai
4) CROP saat ini bisa men-dispatch jobs ke kelurahan
5) Kelurahan dapat mengkoordinasikan laporan yang masuk dengan Dinas Terkait

3) Feature town mayor for monitoring (login as Mayor)
To register a new mayor in the CROP Dashboard:
> When creating a new Mobile User CROP, select level 2 (Mayor / Head of Department)
> Select the type "municipality"
> Then select the appropriate municipality
4) CROP today can to dispatch jobs to villages
5) Sub able to coordinate reports received by the Office Related
