Customize your training by creating your workouts from the library of exercise and equipment that you can enrich at will. It is also possible to copy the training of other athletes to adapt them.

The application offers the creation of workout in HIIT mode, Tabata, AFAP (As Fast As Possible) or AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), making it very practical for "crossfit" workouts, in bodyweight or with weights.

The "Athletics bodyweight " workouts offer a variety of workouts (simple to difficult) that can inspire you to create your training sessions.

For Tabata training, you use your tabata songs instead of a timer.

Cross-training is athletic training in sports other than the athlete's usual sport. The goal is improving overall performance. It takes advantage of the particular effectiveness of one training method to negate the shortcomings of another.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition as well as improved glucose metabolism.

The Tabata method is 4 minutes of workout more effective that 1 hour of cardio!
20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of recovery, repeat 8 times for a total workout for 4 minutes.
