Several roms do not include the full theming commits of the MMS application, thus the black text on black background appearance. This is NOT a bug of the theme!
This theme is fully compatible with Official versions of CM10.1 and similar roms.

Crystal 2 CM10 Theme is a mix of transparent textures and blueish colors. It is compatible with official CM10.1 and similar roms in HDPI/XHDPI resolution and is designed in order to keep up with the original JellyBean holo UI.

Once you've downloaded/installed the theme:
-Launch Theme-Chooser Application
-Choose "Crystal 2 CM10 Theme"
-Hit "apply"
-Reboot and enjoy!
