6) Shipment detail page displays almost all details of an shipment for specific order (like billing and shipping information, comments, shipped items, etc.). View product options by just clicking product name.
7) You can send order details and shipments details email in pdf format to any email address.
8) You can delete order or shipment from detail page.
9) You can contact customer by just clicking the phone number in billing and shipping address or email id in billing address.
Steps to get API in the Admin Side:
1) Click on Customer in main menu. Go to Administrators.
2) Click on ID or Name of admin to get API key.
3) Click on API access tab.
a. Check the checkbox (Yes, allow this user to use the API).
b. Get the API key and save the changes.
Now, this API Key and your admin email id need to be entered in the CS Cart Admin Application along with the Store URL (for e.g. http://www.example.com) for Authentication into CS Cart Mobile App Login Page.
