Curato lets you organise and annotate (“Curate”) the photos that you know you are going to need and will struggle to find again in the future. Most other photo apps do not offer the database like functionality needed to save, classify, enrich and then search for photos. Curate 75 items free with Curato V1.0. Increased limits, in-app purchases and more features are expected in a future release.

INFORMATIONAL PHOTOS : Smart phones are being used more than ever to take ‘informational’ photos. Informational photos contain details of the things we aren’t expected to remember but may need in the future, may need often, and may need in a hurry. These typically include photos of bar codes, passports, credit cards, drivers license, documents, receipts, favourite product brands, booking references or just about anything technical or detailed. It is far quicker to take a photo of something than to painstakingly note down its details.
