'Custom GPS Location Timer' automatically texts your friends when you have arrived at these points or when you have traveled a specified distance or time. Audible messages to yourself are an option.
The timer shows your time, distance and pace. See your progress on the map. Distance and pace are reported in either kilometers or miles.
