Inputs: Weight (in kg), Age (in years), Sex (man or woman), Height (in cm), Physical Activity (minimum, light, moderate, intense)
Outputs: Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Daily caloric needs, Classification of body weight, Patient classification, Ideal weight, indicative diet if your ideal daily caloric needs are below 3828 kcal
Indicative diet is weekly (6 meals per day)
The application has 6 possible diets:
A) 1300kcal
B) 1500kcal
C) 1800kcal
D) 2500kcal
E) 3000kcal
F) 3500kcal
The indicative diet the application suggests aims to improve your daily eating habits so that you can gain or lose weight to approach the *ideal weight for you

*The ideal weight changes as it depends on your Patient classification which with its turn depends on your weight. Therefore there are 3 possible ideal weights for one person, 1 for underweight, 1 for normal weight and 1 for overweight/obese.
