We at Dayaa do something very common, in a very unique way. We might look like any other donation company that has an app to donate. NO! We have three things that make what we do proprietary, one being in what we do, that is;
1. We will document how each donation has affected the receiver’s life, which in turn will make them feel proud of what they have done and encourage them to pursue such activities in the future.
HOW WE DO IT
The second proprietary aspect is in our process. Our app’s design not only includes donation (sharing is what we at Dayaa call it) as an option, but taking too. Though we will personally deliver goods at slums and other poverty stricken areas, but as NGOs are relatively closer to people who need it alongside having technology amidst them, they can order from the cataloguewe will have on our app, mention the exact goods with their quantities alongside our contacts to make the experience more interactive and the NGOs will also act as a kickstarter.
WHY WE DO IT
Our motto sums up our reason and objective, ‘Excess to success’. There is too much to give, too much to donate except time, this is where we come in and that is our third proprietary aspect, we our five students embarking to make a difference, to bring about change, and if we can bridge the gap between potential donators and the needy through our idea, we will do it proudly. Dayaa is from the Vedas and it is not pity. Dayaa is to empathize, not sympathize, for when you sympathize you give, but when you empathize you share. We will invest our time and their donations to share the future of India and we will also become shareholders of this future.
