We wanted a better, more precise way of keeping track of sensitive or involved timing tasks. We searched but couldn't find anything that could do what we needed. Did we give up? No, we got busy and created the Dead Man's Stopwatch.

The stopwatch works by applying a constant press on the screen. The stopwatch will keep ticking until you let go! This is useful for all sorts of situations such as an exercise where you can't reach out to stop the count, but it's even more than that. By using the release as the trigger to stop counting, the stopwatch is far more accurate than traditional digital stopwatches which require the user to depress a button.
