The Decos D5 document management system is a flexible and user-friendly solution for managing documents and information. Decos D5 is fully web-based, so that all features are available through the Android stock browser.
Operation of the app
The Decos D5 Document Control app allows a Decos D5 user to edit files from the web application. The app will download a copy of the file to the android device. That copy can subsequently be opened and edited in an application selected by the user. The app detects changes in the file and stores new versions in Decos D5.
The Decos D5 Document Control app runs in the background and is thus largely invisible to the user. The app will only become active if the user is logged in to the Decos D5 web application and opens a file from the web application.
