The term ametropia is used to explain a condition when the image does not form correctly on the retina. There is a blurred vision which requires optical correction. Broadly there are three kinds of eyesight problems.

· Astigmatism.
Corrective lenses are used to form a clear image on the retina. The position and type of lenses required to get the image formed at retina correctly can be easily understood in this simulating environment.
