Live Location Tracking
With the Delivery app, the employer track the exact whereabouts of their field force in real-time. In case of no internet connectivity, the app is capable of storing location tracking data offline & makes it available to the employer once the device is connected to the internet. The frequency of location updates can be customized to optimize device battery consumption.

Task Management
The app also allows the employer to assign & track tasks/jobs/orders to the field employees. The order management system allows the employers to stay updated with the real-time status of each & every on-going task in real-time with the help of notifications. The various orders can be sorted basis their status (Assigned/unassigned/completed/cancelled). Once completed, employers gain access to minute details of each & every order in the system.

Sales Monitoring & Management
SYNCO now has an extensive sales management module. The platform allows your salesforce to create & manage orders from buyers. Employees can also update their visit / beat plans through the application & instantly share the info with their employer.

Attendance Management
The field force attendance can be managed through the app. The employers gets real-time updates for attendance along with the location & time at which the attendance was marked. The monthly reports for the attendance can be instantly downloaded for assessment. Additional geo-fencing feature allows the employer to know whether the employees are within bounds / area of operation.

Extensive Reporting
The platform give users access to various reports related to daily activity, idle time, attendance, concentration of customers/heat maps & trip analysis. These reports can be instantly downloaded & in turn help monitor & optimize operations to ensure higher efficiency in the system.
