The secret to lose weight is having a routine (and being patient). With Dieetly, you can create a weekly routine that will help you sticking to your diet plan. I personally tested this method for 6 months and lost about 2Kg per month. Here is what to do:
1 - see a doctor and get a weekly diet plan (this app does not provide medical advices)
2 - create your diet in Dieetly
3 - open the app everyday and mark each meal as complete
Dieetly will ask you 3 questions each time you mark a meal as completed. Those questions will help you becoming aware of your stomach fullness. After a few weeks, you will start feeling when it's time to eat and when it's not by just listening to your stomach.
By using Dieetly everyday, you will get eating disorders and portions under control. You will become mentally stronger and achieve the weight you have always wanted.
