This application will help you tracking your diet.
You can see your advancement on a nicely formatted graphs showing your weight changes in correspondents to the food you eat and the trainings you make.
You can easily set diet reminders for yourself at fixed days and times.
Entering data is easy, we all know that taking the time to register all of our meals is annoying and we usually already know how much fattening the meal was or how affectively we trained.
This application gives you a simple method to value your meals and training, just set the two bars on their scales.
We are also supporting the weight watchers points system for those of you who wants to value their meals accordingly.
