DimSum & more is an award winning chain of restaurants by Chef Kalden. Chef Kalden is a gifted and among the most talented oriental cuisine chefs in the country. After completing her degree in Hotel Management she did her industrial training in The Ambassador Hotel - Mumbai. Chef Kalden started her career at Leela Kempinski, Mumbai - the Great Wall and went on to join "The Golden Dragon" at Taj Mahal Palace and Tower - Mumbai for 5 years.

DimSum & more is a charming, cozy eatery serving authentic oriental cuisine comprising of Chinese, Thai, Japanese and Tibetian dishes. Chef Kalden gives a great importance to hygiene and quality standards, thus in her show kitchen she ensures no usage of any colour and aginomato (M.S.G). DimSum & more is currently located in Versova & Santacruz west, Mumbai, India.
