About DirectChat Android App
DirectChat wants to demonstrate that direct messaging between two devices is a feasible alternative communication. The Internet of Things is a reality. Any device can be reached through its public ip.
Most applications use intermediate servers to route their messages, which has its advantages, but not using them too. DirectChat plans to use the cloud as a center of synchronization between devices, but thereafter the communication is direct.
Direct communication between two devices eases the load on the servers, ensures the privacy of messages, clears the net and is faster.
