To understand your unique phenotype, we will take a thorough history and conduct a physical exam. Any recent lab work will be evaluated.

Because our program is medically supervised, the changes you can expect to see with weight loss will be closely monitored; you may need medications adjusted or discontinued.

You can rest assured that your weight loss team will be communicating with your primary care provider to keep them updated on your progress.

ACCOUNTABILITY
You will have an individual visit with one of our providers monthly. You will also be supported weekly with your own personal nutrition coach, from the comfort of your own home!

TECHNOLOGY
You will be set up with remote monitoring tools to track your progress using state of the art technology.

NUTRITION
Our meal plans are individualized to meet your needs and metabolism. We may recommend New Direction meal replacements to optimize your weight loss. We are excited to help you learn that food is not the enemy. You will learn to follow your meal plan even while eating out or traveling.

MEDICATION
Prescription medication can be a powerful tool to address the metabolic dysregulation that goes along with obesity and overweight: your provider will discuss medication options.
