แอพพลิเคชั่น DLTV เพื่อการรับชมช่องของมูลนิธิการศึกษาทางไกลผ่านดาวเทียม ใช้สำหรับบุคคลทั่วไป โดยรับชมผ่านสมาร์ทโฟน/แท็บเลต ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา โดยสามารถใช้งานได้ดังนี้
- ดูรายการสดช่องรายการแยกตามชั้นเรียน (DLTV1-15) ซึ่งสามารหยุดชั่วขณะระหว่างรับชม และกด Play เพื่อดูต่อได้
- สามารถรับชมรายการย้อนหลังได้ (Video on Demand) ตามหมวดหมู่ที่จัดไว้
- สามารถค้นหารายการตามหมวดหมู่ของสาระวิชา, มีผังรายการออกอากาศ, รายการแนะนำ
- สามารถตั้งเตือนได้รายการที่ต้องการรับชม ล่วงหน้าได้
- สามารถแชท ไลค์ และแชร์ไปยังโซเชียลมีเดียได้
- คุณภาพของสัญญาณที่รับชมขึ้นอยู่กับความแรงของสัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตของผู้ใช้แต่ละราย
