TL;DR Quickly calculate the True DPS of your weapons. Find out which mods give you the best performance, and most damage.

While doing a bit of research on why my DPS didn't quite seem right while playing "The Division" I came across a video that "Skill Up" has put up on youtube, that explained why that is and how to calculate the exact DPS of your current weapon / stats. I used his math in the creation of this app to make it a bit more convenient for all of you Android agents. I really hope this helps you get the best setup possible, so you can own some noobs in the Darkzone.
