* Camera permissions are used to personalize user profile by allowing you to take a picture of yourself
* Phone permissions are used to allow you to make a call to the medical office. We provide a convenient search feature that show the medical office and doctor's details including phone and location.
* Location (GPS) permissions are used to show the medical office location in relation to your location using the map feature provided by the application
