Dr. Rahul Nagpal is amongst the top paediatricians in India. After completing M.B.B.S and post graduate degrees of DCH and MD Paediatrics, he has done various post graduate courses nationally and internationally, the latest being Advanced Post Graduate course in Paediatric Nutrition from Boston School of Medicine, (BSOM), USA. He has been practicing paediatrics for more than 25 years. During his career span, he has worked in top hospitals in New Delhi, which include Sir GangaRam Hospital, Batra Hospital, as Head Of Department of Paediatrics at Max Superspeciality Hospital, and is currently at Fortis Hospital since the past 4 years as Director and HOD of Paediatrics.
Dr. Rahul is also Consultant at Vasant Valley School, Children of the World (NGO) and Aadyant School. He has to his credit several publications in indexed journals, the most recent being in the World Journal of Emergency (2016) and he also has authored chapters in various medical books. He is an accredited DNB post-graduate teacher and a lifetime member of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics (IAP), Indian Critical Care Society (ICCS), Indian Medical Association (IMA), Fellow College of Chest Physicians (FCCP) and is a Member of the American Medical Society Austria (MAMS). His areas of interest include general paediatrics, respiratory diseases of children, and intensive care of Paediatric and Neonatal patients.
