If you prefer your dragon at a specific time of day, you can set it as your permanent wallpaper.

If your device does not ordinarily support home screen switching, there is an option to enable simulated movement of the foreground when you swipe.

If you prefer the wallpaper to be centred, and prevent it from moving when switching between home screens, there is an option for this too.
