About Dubai Cycling Android App
This app has two sections
1) Indoor: For those who do cycling on trainers at home or gym, the app can be connected to trainers via Bluetooth/ANT. The app simulates the cyclist riding through Sh. Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard.
2) Outdoor: This has basic social media features of creating profiles, sharing images, following other cyclists, view tracks (map, 360 degree videos), clubs, etc.
Future enhancements will include:
i) Creating clubs, throwing challenges at friends/club members, view leaderboards.
ii) Automatic recording of personal cycling history (distance covered, calories burnt, tracks used , etc.) using wearables
iii) Multiplayer indoor cycling etc
