e.Chain mobile app is a phenomenal tool that is synchronized with the e.chain application installed in the office servers so that the work chores can be handled remotely with ease. e.Chain app also helps the management executives and team leaders to monitor and correlate with their subordinates to regulate the tasks efficiently even from a remote location.

Employee Info :
• Contact - This function extracts and displays the information such as Mobile number, Email, designation and the department of the employee along with the profile image from the office servers.
• Employee Birthday - This feature notifies about the birthdays of the fellow employees and enables to send a greeting message.
• Service Anniversary - This feature indicates about the service anniversary of the fellow employees along with the date of joining and the tenure of the respective member in the company.
• Blood Group – In this, the name of employees along with their blood group information will be displayed so that they can be contacted during emergency situations.
List of Holidays :
This column displays the holidays allotted by the company for the corresponding calendar year.
Leave Management :
Using this feature, an employee can place a leave request from anywhere, and the respective manager can respond to it even from out of office. This is segregated into three different columns, as follows:-
• Leave Entry – The leaves can be applied remotely using this option.
• Approvals – This column can be accessed only by the management staffs, and this will display the leave requests made by subordinates for approval.
• History – The employee can check the applied leave history using this option.
Notifications :
Interactive notifications will indicate the leave requests, birthdays and service anniversaries and they can be responded instantly without opening the e.chain app.
Data & Security :
e.Chain, the new age mobile app, empowers an employee to synchronize the mobile phone with the data stored in the company's server. So that the required tasks can be performed from anywhere, regardless of time and location. Moreover, this app ensures that the data is extremely secured as the access to master records gets refreshed and reactivated every 14 days. So that any user who wants to access the data from the mobile must get authenticated by the IT team every fortnight. This procedure protects the data from being accessed by anonymous users.
