No Surge Pricing:
We here at E-Hail don’t believe in surge pricing. You only pay what the meter reads, plus whatever tip you add afterwards.

Accessibility:
Do you need a taxi that is wheelchair accessible? Simply go to your user profile and make sure that the “Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle” button is ON.

The Drivers:
All drivers that use the E-HAIL app are required to have proof of being a completely legal, licensed driver, with proper qualifications. No exceptions.

Know Your Driver:
Before your taxi arrives we will send you the drivers name, taxi type, and photo.

Connect w/ Driver:
Easily connect with your driver via SMS, enhanced messaging system, or by phone while the driver is approaching you.

Rate Your Driver:
Once your journey is complete you can take a few moments to rate the app, driver and vehicle.
