Dalam konteks perubahan sikap dan karakter ASN untuk berkinerja dan berprestasi tinggi, maka Pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo menerapkan Sistem Pengukuran Prestasi Kerja (Siransija) ASN dengan menggunakan 3 (tiga) unsur dalam Revolusi Mental yaitu Integritas, Etos Kerja dan Gotong Royong dengan instrumen sebagai berikut:
1. Integritas
Dari tiga indikator utama, Integritas diberi bobot 40% dengan sub indikator terdiri dari:
a. Absensi, dengan bobot 75%
b. LHKPN/LHKASN, dengan bobot 10%
c. SPT, dengan bobot 5%
d. Temuan, dengan bobot 5%, dan
e. Pakta Etika Perilaku ASN, dengan bobot 5%
2. Etos kerja
Dari tiga indikator utama, Etos Kerja diberi bobot 50% dengan sub indikator terdiri dari:
a. Pencapaian SKP, dengan bobot 60%
b. Pencapaian Target Fisik berdasarkan Data E-Monev, dengan bobot 40%.
3. Gotong Royong
Dari Gotong Royong diberi bobot 10% dengan 2 (dua) sub indikator, sebagai berikut:
a. Keikutsertaan dalam Kegiatan Kebersamaan, dengan bobot 3%.
b. Keikutsertaan dalam kegiatan Apel Pagi dan Apel Sore 7%.
Nilai yang diperoleh dari Aplikasi ini digunakan sebagai dasar perhitungan pemberian Tunjangan.
