About East Africa Mangrove Field App Android App
This application, developed by WWF-Germany for the Global Mangrove Alliance seeks to support coordinated and consistent field data collection on mangrove status, species and threats in East Africa.
This form-based app, currently in English and Swahili lets anyone collect scientific data from the ground and share it with en open community of users to provide geo-spatial information to guide mapping and monitoring efforts.
Use the form to identify species, threats, presence of invasive lianas and take photos to share with the East Africa Mangrove community.
