About Easy Fill Usav Android App

This program will gather demographic info,prescription number info, and any instructions or additional otc items for delivery or pickup for Kevin's Usav Pharmacy in Sunrise Florida. It can be used for other pharmacies as well since it basically adds all gathered info to an email for transmission to that pharmacy's email address. For a nominal fee I can customize this to any pharmacy. Contact me if you might find this applicable to your business

Basically fill out your name dob and phone. clicking save or going to the next screen will save your info to the phone. You can recall this info with the recall button so you don't have to type it again
Second screen enter your prescription numbers and delivery option
Third screen enter any OTC products you may wish to be added to your order and any messages you would like to tell the staff ex. deliver after 4pm, I will pick up tomorrow after 5pm
Fourth Screen is a summary of your order and messages.
Pressing send on the fourth screen will send all the data to Kevin's refill email and general email as a backup through your email client.
