Alimony Buyout or Present Value: Compute present value for a series of taxable alimony payments. The Buyout or Present Value calculation helps you determine how much to ask for or propose in lieu of monthly payments over a set period. Results can be emailed.

Pension Valuation: Compute marital present value of the future stream of pension payments.

Alimony Recapture: If alimony payments decline too quickly over the first three years, alimony recapture might be required, in which case, some of the alimony payments will be re-categorized and tax deduction/payments will be eliminated. Calculate the Recapture applicability and associated tax burdens. Results can be emailed.

New Jersey Child Support: New Jersey Child Support Calculator accounts for children's age adjustment, non-custodial overnights, sole vs. shared parenting worksheets, childcare and health care expenses and self-support reserve test.
