Questa applicazione consente ai dipendenti di accedere alle funzionalità mobili di Easy Plan Web. Easy Plan Dipendente Mobile permette al dipendente di timbrare inizio e fine attività semplicemente via smartphone, visualizzare immediatamente le attività da svolgere nella giornata ed accedere a tanti altri strumenti avanzati. Easy Plan Dipendente Mobile funziona esclusivamente in abbinamento al software gestionale Easy Plan Web.
Al momento della timbratura viene effettuata la trasmissione automatica delle coordinate GPS dello smartphone per avere la posizione dell'utilizzatore.
