About EasyService Android App
Easy Service provides servicing and repairs for home and kitchen under warranty as well without warranty appliances. Easy Service is a solution for the retailers and brands providing them a centralized system which integrates CRM+HRM+BI involving service and repairs of appliances.
The core module of EasyService is to facilitate the appliance service and repairs request for all the appliance of the consumers (regardless of brands, models) at their doorsteps. Easy Service routes this request of the consumer’s appliance (service/repairs) to the store that the particular appliance was purchased from.
For the retailers/stores EasyService acts as a medium or a platform to handle this service/repairs requests of their consumers. EasyService provides a backend control panel for the retailers/stores which give them the control of service request management and repairs request management of their consumers.
