ConnectedLife has developed an app & web based digital survey engine that supports both clinical (eCOA; electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) and non-clinical surveys. The survey engine provides a platform for bespoke survey data to be recorded by all who are involved in a patient’s care plan. All types of clinical outcome assessment are facilitated within the platform, including Clinician (ClinRO), Observer (ObsRO), Patient (PRO) and Performance (PerfO) measures. The same digital survey engine also supports additional digital survey tools such as diet logging, symptom tracking and patient feedback/satisfaction measures where required.
Any established clinical tool, eCOA or survey can be accommodated, from bespoke client provided surveys to globally validated clinical survey tools. Client examples include the Oxford Knee Score, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale or the Mediterranean Diet Score Tool. It is also possible for clinicians to facilitate branched lines of questioning, or common follow up questions within the survey structure, as well as video and picture uploads, allowing for additional data capture that can aid clinical decision making across the entire care team.
The ConnectedLife eCOA survey app has been designed to be used by all parties involved with a patient’s care plan, keeping the patient at the centre and facilitating collaboration between all of the healthcare team from clinicians, to allied health professionals, carers, and the patient.
The data capture procedure is simple, reliable and accurate, minimizing data capture errors, providing high quality data. All data is stored securely within the custody of the Clinician/healthcare group’s servers.
Our aim is to help our partners provide Connected, Continuous Care.
Our enterprise-grade solution is designed to integrate with existing databases, and drives better patient outcomes by:
● Improving clinical workflows for both clinicians and patients with less time spent on paper forms and in the waiting room
● Enabling the continuity of care through remote monitoring, by allowing patients to have access to care and rehabilitation after they have left the healthcare facility
● Work towards improved patient outcomes by achieving interoperability across the healthcare ecosystem
