About EcoPandas Android App
Koelle Pandas team participates in the First Lego League-Trash Trek (what to do with waste) championship. Through research, visits, readings and lectures, the members of the team realized that the city of Rio Claro-SP offers several services related to waste disposal and recycling that are unfamiliar to the population. In order to improve awareness on this subject, they came up with the idea of creating the application entitled "EcoPandas", through which people can easily get informed on the dates of those different services, addresses of ecopoints and recycling cooperatives.
The new version of EcoPandas offers Google Maps feature when the user is connected to internet, thus allowing users to get more detailed information on the ecopoints.
