IMPORTANTE: ao cadastrar o número do chip da Discadora Cell no aplicativo, use o DDD com 3 dígitos, não apenas com 2 dígitos. Siga o mesmo número da mensagem SMS enviado pela discadora, exatamente igual. Por exemplo, pode ser (exemplificando com DDD 011):
011XXXXXXXX
+5511XXXXXXXX
