Prevents edutital from crashing when Latitude can not be found on the device. Instead this app now switches to
https://support.google.com/gmm/answer/3001634?p=maps_android_latitude to inform users of the imminent retirement of Latitude.
Hopefully after August 9th, 2013 a solution becomes available to launch Google+ directly in the ``Locations'' section. (Google+ Locations is the replacement for Latitude)
Latitude will be retired...

This app tries to provide a shortcut to the latitude section in Google Maps.
Once google fixes the missing latitude icon (widget) you can remove this app.
