Effingham Connection allows service requests (potholes, street lights, tall grass, non-emergency requests, etc.) to be submitted directly to the City of Effingham, where it will be routed to the correct administrator during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
If this is an emergency, dial 911. The City of Effingham looks forward to serving you.
