About eGovorec Android App
eGovorec – govorni bralnik slovenskih besedil
eGovorec je brezplačna storitev v oblaku, ki ponudnikom najrazličnejših e-vsebin omogoča dinamično podajanje informacij v govorni obliki v domačem slovenskem jeziku. Na takšen način lahko ponudniki informacij svoje vsebine približajo nekaterim skupinam ljudi s posebnimi potrebami (slepi in slabovidni, starejše osebe). Storitev je uporabna tudi za sporočanje informacij voznikom med vožnjo, v telekomunikacijah, sistemih pametnih zgradb, sistemih za opozarjanje, virtualnih asistentih ipd.
Storitev že uporabljata aplikaciji e-Turist (elektronski turistični vodnik) in Asistent (virtualni asistent za podajanje informacij o slovenskih občinah).
Mobilna aplikacija eGovorec prebere poljubno vtipkano besedilo v slovenskem jeziku in prikazuje delovanje sistema. Izvorna koda mobilne aplikacije je prosto dostopna in služi kot vzorec za nudenje poljubnih informacij v govorni obliki in vključevanje govornih storitev v druge aplikacije za pametne telefone.eGovorec - voice reader Slovenian texts
eGovorec is a free service of cloud providers a wide range of e-content dynamically delivering information in spoken form of the Slovenian language in the home. This enables information providers closer to their content to certain groups of people with disabilities (blind and visually impaired, elderly). The service is also useful for communicating information to drivers while driving in telecommunications systems, smart buildings, alert systems, virtual assistants, etc..
Services are already subject to the application of e-Turist (electronic tourist guide) and assistant (virtual assistant for providing information on the Slovenian municipalities).
EGovorec mobile application reads any text typed in the Slovenian language and shows the operation of the system. The source code of mobile applications is freely accessible and serves as a model for providing any information in voice form and the integration of voice services into other applications for smartphones.
