The Emergency Health Record (EmHR) is an Android smartphone based personal emergency health record.
Personal and Medical details are entered by the owner via the EmHR app. The EmHR can be shared with chosen contacts using SMS and/or E-Mail.
When used in conjunction with the EmHR Personal Emergency Response System (PERS), the EmHR can be made available automatically to the Emergency Services when summoned using secure e-mail.
