* If you’re new to Energx, head to www.energx.com.au to learn more about Energx and energy intelligence [ExiQ] coaching.

* We’ll send you a link to download the app and create your account.

Your Energx coach will customise your app based on your personal energy plan. Check the CUSTOM TRACKERS section for your priorities.

* Sync any fitness trackers you already use so your steps, activities and more gets added automatically from your Fitbit, Garmin or any of the other 100+ apps and wearables the Energx Fitness App syncs.

* You can also set up your daily log by choosing the daily habits you want to track to keep your everyday lifestyle on a path to true health and happiness.

* And if you’re looking for more social support, tap into our Energx Community to share your journey, advice and support with others!
